Q. How do I register?
You can register here or via Eventbrite.com. Registration BEFORE JUNE 30TH 2017 is £20 per person. From July 1st the registration fee is £25 per person.
You will be asked to provide your name and contact details. Please have your payment details ready when you register.

Q. Why do I need to register?
The registration fee enables you to attend all of the Daytime School of Ministry sessions at 10am and 2pm from Wednesday – Saturday.
If you are not able to attend the convention every day, you can register to attend on a daily ad-hoc basis. The daily registration fee is £10 and is payable on arrival.
Sunday and evening sessions are FREE.
Q. What do I get when I register?
You will receive a registration pass upon completion of registration. Please wear this pass at all times during IGOC, to enable you to enter the auditorium. A £10 replacement fee is charged for lost or forgotten passes.
If you register for the entire conferenceby JUNE 30TH 2017 for just £20 you will receive both a Buzz 2017 music festival T-Shirt and the book The Uncommon Blessing, by Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo FREE.
From July 1st 2017 the registration fee for the entire conference is £25 with free book only.
Q. I’m coming from abroad – how do I register?
If you are an international guest please register using the registration form online here or collect and complete a form in person at a KICC International Branch near you. Acceptable payments made in person are money/postal order or credit card.
If you require a letter of invitation please contact your nearest KICC International Branch.

Q. Can I get a refund?
Refunds will only be issues in extenuating circumstances, with supporting evidence.
Q. Can I transfer registration to another person?
It is not possible to transfer your registration to another person.
What discounts are available?
The registration fee for a group of 5 or more people is £18 per person.
The registration fee for a group of 10 or more people is £15 per person.
Q. Can I purchase copies of the messages?
Copies of all messages are available on MP3, MP4, DVD and CD.
You can either order your products during the convention by visiting The IGOC Products Stand, which is situated in the Exhibition Hall, or you can order your complete packs or individual messages online here.
Q. Can I watch IGOC live on the website?
IGOC sessions are not streamed live.
Q. Can I bring my children and do they need to pay for registration?
Children are definitely welcome at IGOC!
All children up to the age of 16 attend IGOC FREE. See below for the special activities we have designed with your children in mind.
Q. Are there activities for children?
Yes! King’s Kids is our Children’s Church programme for children aged 3 – 12 years old. Every day hundreds of children will be taught the Word of God through praise and worship, Bible lessons, arts and crafts, games, drama, dancing and much more! King’s Kids is in operation during the Daytime School of Ministry sessions only. Admission is FREE but online pre-registration is mandatory. If you have not registered before, please go to www.kingskids.kicc.org.uk. Spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis.
Q. Are their crèche facilities?
Whilst there are no crèche facilities available, there is a Nursing Parents room for parents with very young children. There are facilities available within the adjoining kitchenette for parents to prepare baby food.
There is a state of the art playground onsite. All children are welcome to play. Please note children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The playground is open during session break times only
Q. My children are older than 16. Is there anything for them to do during IGOC?
Two great programmes for teenagers and young adults take place during IGOC.
Da X is the convention for 13 – 18 year olds. Each year the event adapts the main IGOC theme and develops a programme of events that include inspirational guest and teenage speakers and artists, Bible teachings, creative rap, song, the spoken word and more...
The KYAM Convention
This event is hosted by the Kingsway Young Adults Ministry (KYAM) and is for everyone aged 19 – 30 years old.
This dynamic convention features the Word, worship workshops, dance, drama discussion and much more! Tailored specifically for young adults, the KYAM Convention provides a great opportunity to meet peers and fellowship in a smaller setting.
Q. Are there interpretation services?
French, German and Spanish interpretation services are available. Please go to the Reception Desk when you arrive and ask to be directed to the designated area.
Q. I require sign language, do you provide this?
Sign language interpreters are onsite. When you arrive at IGOC, please ask for more information at the reception desk.
Q. What wheelchair access is available?
A lift is available and seating arrangements fully accommodate wheelchair users.
Q. Can I reserve seats?
It is not possible to reserve seats. Ushers are on hand to direct you to available seating. Attendees are asked to arrive in a timely manner to ensure they can be seated with family and friends.
Q. Is a schedule for IGOC speakers released in advance?
The schedule for each day’s speakers is announced a day in advance.
Q. What about travel and parking?
Extensive car parking is available onsite and nearby areas. Please follow the stewards’ instruction.
A FREE shuttle service will run throughout the conference from collection points in London and Kent.
The Morning shuttle service starts at 8am.
Afternoon shuttle service starts at 12noon.
Evening shuttle service starts at 5pm.
On Sunday the shuttle service starts 8.00am and 2.30pm.

Q. Is accommodation provided?
Accommodation is not provided but there are a variety of hotels located nearby KICC Prayer City.

Q. Can I use my caravan / camper van on Prayer City grounds?
There are at present no facilities onsite to accommodate caravan/camper vans onsite. Please visit www.pitchup.com to find a nearby site.
Q. Is there a shuttle bus service that can bring me from my hotel to KICC Prayer City?
There is a limited shuttle service operating between a few local hotels. Please call the Events Office on +44 (0) 208 525 0000 for full details.
Q. Can I buy food onsite during the convention?
A variety of food is available from a number of outlets in the Food Court (located in the Exhibition Hall) and on the grounds. Please do not eat or drink in the main sanctuary.
