Dr. Stanley Uzochukwu is a Harvard-trained executive leader, visionary entrepreneur, and institution builder, whose work spans enterprise development, governance, and socio-economic transformation across Nigeria and beyond. He is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Stanel Group, a diversified Nigerian conglomerate with strategic interests in Oil & Gas, hospitality, retail, and real estate, and growing Pan-African and global relevance.<\/p>\n\n

Dr. Uzochukwu completed multiple Executive and Leadership Development Programmes at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, including the Emerging Leaders Program, Leadership Decision Making, Leading Successful Programs using Evidence, and Strategic Leadership for Personal Effectiveness. These programmes have shaped his evidence-based approach to leadership, policy engagement, institutional governance, and long-term value creation. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UNIZIK Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Jos.<\/p>\n

In recognition of his contributions to business leadership and enterprise development, Dr. Uzochukwu was awarded a Doctor of Business Administration (Honoris Causa) by Commonwealth University, United Kingdom. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, reflecting his professional credibility and commitment to global management standards.<\/p>\n

He currently serves as the youngest member of the Governing Council of Igbinedion University, Okada, Nigeria\u2019s first private university, and as a Board Member of UNIZIK Business School, Awka. He also contributes to international trade and investment dialogue as a Member of the DRC\u2013Nigeria Business Council and Nigeria-Indonesia Chamber of Commerce, engaging governments, investors, and multilateral stakeholders.<\/p>\n

In November 2023, Dr. Uzochukwu founded and launched The Delborough Lagos, a world-class 5-star luxury hospitality brand positioned as a symbol of Nigeria\u2019s global tourism potential and soft power. Under his leadership, the hotel has hosted African Presidents, Prime Ministers, global business leaders, and international royals, reinforcing Nigeria\u2019s standing on the global stage.<\/p>\n

A respected international speaker, Dr. Uzochukwu was featured at the 500 CEO Summit in the United States, on the same platform with President Donald J. Trump and other prominent global leaders. His impact has been recognised with several honours, including SUN Magazine\u2019s Investor of the Year, inclusion among the Guardian Newspaper\u2019s Top 50 CEOs of Excellence in Nigeria, and the prestigious Commander of Anambra State (COA) award by the Government of Anambra State.<\/p>\n

Beyond enterprise, Dr. Stanley Uzochukwu is deeply committed to impact-driven leadership.
